An Act relative to health care proxies.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.  Section 17 of chapter 201D of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following  new paragraph:-

"Persons subject to proceedings under this section shall have a right to have counsel appointed."
