An Act relative to purchasing marijuana.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 5I of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 34, after the words “chapter 138;” the following:- “marijuana as defined in section 1 of Chapter 94G;” 

SECTION 2. Section 5J of chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 3, after the words “liquor stores” the following:- “marijuana establishments;”
