An Act to combat the opioid addiction epidemic.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 1: The General Laws are hereby amended in Section 13C of chapter 118E by inserting after the last paragraph the following paragraph:-
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Secretary of Health and Human Services shall not set the rate for adult residential behavioral health and addiction treatment lower than $125 a day.
