An Act relative to traffic direction.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 6B of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:--
A city or town which accepts this section shall require uniforms, for the uniformed members of its police force purchased using appropriated funds, to include a pair of white gloves for use while directing traffic. Members of said police force shall wear white gloves at all times when directing traffic.
