An Act relative to electric signatures for town warrants.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 56 of Chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting, at the end thereof, the following:- All warrants for payment of bills may be signed electronically through the use of electronic signature technology, as determined by the municipality.
