An Act relative to disability benefits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 111F of chapter 41 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:

“The presumption established by chapter 32, section 94b shall apply to benefits created by this section.”
