An Act relative to ensuring fairness in public employee workers compensation benefits.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Section 58 of Chapter 30 of the General laws is amended in the second line of the the fourth paragraph by striking the following words: of patients or prisoners in his custody.
