An Act relative to civil service.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 31 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 27 the following section:-
Section 27A. No decision to promote, transfer, hire , discharge, remove or suspend of employees based upon their party affiliation.
