An Act relative to the purchase of utility poles by a municipality.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The bill will give municipalities and public utilities the right to purchase utility poles from investor-owned utilities at a price the takes into account depreciation in value of the utility poles.
