An Act relative to misuse of eminent domain.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 64R Chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words "or gas", as appearing in 2016 Official Edition.
SECTION 2. Section 75C of Chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby annulled, as appearing in 2016 Official Edition.
SECTION 3. Section 75D of Chapter 164 of the General Laws is hereby annulled, as appearing in 2016 Official Edition.
