An Act allowing a service branch designation on license plates for disabled veterans.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 415 after the word “VETERAN.”:-“The Registrar shall furnish, without charge, a “VETERAN” plate or general issue plate at the request of an operator who is eligible for a Disabled Veteran plate pursuant to this section,”
SECTION 2. Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 official edition, is hereby amended by inserting in line 453 after the word “who”:-“is eligible for a Disabled Veteran plate pursuant to this section or”
