An Act relative to motor vehicle registration and display of lights on vehicles.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1:  Section 2 of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “park board”, in line 157, the following words:- or a native american tribe located within this state and recognized as a governmental entity by the United States department of the interior.

SECTION 2:  Section 7E of chapter 90 of the General Laws, as so appearing, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “railroad police department” in line 48, the following words:- or police department of a native american tribe located within this state and recognized as a governmental entity by the United States department of the interior.
