An Act relative to the traffic commission in the city of Woburn.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. The second sentence of section 4 of chapter 103 of the acts of 2005 is hereby amended by striking out the words “shall take effect until published for 2 successive weeks in 1 or more newspapers of general circulation in the city” and inserting in its place the following words “shall take effect until approved by the city council under section 6, and filed in the office of the city clerk”.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
