An Act relative to the Massachusetts School Building Authority.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 8 of chapter 70B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word "children,", in line 7, the following words:- or otherwise has failures or obsolescence of multiple internal building systems and external building components that, considered together, jeopardize the health, safety, and educational environment of school children, in all aforementioned cases
