An Act designating a bench in memory of Ambrose Valentino.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The department of conservation and recreation shall designate a certain area within the Toohig Park in Dorchester, in the memory of Ambrose Valentino.The department shall consult with the Valentino and Mancuso families to design, erect and maintain a suitable marker that may include, but is not limited to, a bench, kiosk or memorial stone.
