"SECTION 1. Section 1 of chapter 25A of the General Laws is hereby amended at the end thereof by adding the following:- "...provided that the commissioner shall convene a working group to study the reduction of contaminants in wood pellet fuel sold in the Commonwealth, including, but not limited to arsenic, chromium, copper, construction debris, preservative treated and painted wood and to establish methods to reduce the health impacts of using wood pellet fuel, including establishing minimum product standards similar to the "EN Plus" ratings (AEBIOM)system criteria provided through the European Biomass Association and a product labeling protocol to inform wood pellet fuel consumers."
