An Act establishing the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center board of directors.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 22A of chapter 15A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the definition of “Board”, in line 3, and inserting in place thereof the following definition:-
“Board”, the board of directors of the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center.”
SECTION 2. Section 22A of said chapter 15A, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting, before the first sentence in subsection (c), in line 21, the following sentences:-
There shall be established a board of directors of the Reggie Lewis Track and Athletic Center. The board shall consist of 5 members.
