An Act protecting Department of Youth Services employees.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 127, Section 38B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2012 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 5, after the words "upon an officer or other employee," the following words:- "Department of Youth Services employee or any employees contracted through the Department of Youth Services".
