An Act to amend Section 19(5) of Chapter 122.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 19 Subsection (5) of Chapter 122 of 2005 is hereby amended inserting the words “incurred after this law was enacted (2005)” after the words “provided that any such conviction is a second or subsequent conviction.”
