An Act relative to dangerousness hearings.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Subsection (1) of section 58A of chapter 276 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in line 15, after the word “94C” the following words: , or arrested and charged with a violation of subsection (c½) of section 32E of chapter 94C.
