An Act amending fatal motor-vehicle accident investigation procedure.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 90, Section 24(f)(1) is hereby amended by inserting after the phrase “in the event that he is arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence of intoxicating liquor” the following phrase:-
“and shall have been deemed to have consented to the chemical analysis of the blood in the event he causes death or bodily harm to another while operating a motor vehicle”
