An Act maintaining the separation and integrity of marijuana retail stores.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Chapter 334 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby amended by striking out SECTION 5 §4(c)(4) and inserting in place thereof the following section:-

“A Medical Marijuana License establishment shall not cultivate process, manufacture, deliver, store sell, test or operate under a Recreational Marijuana License and a Recreational Marijuana License shall not cultivate, process, manufacture, deliver, store, sell, test or operate under a Medical Marijuana License. Additionally each license holder must clearly state their intent of operation”
