An Act banning the manufacture and sale of edible marijuana.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1: Chapter 334 of the Acts of 2016 is hereby amended in SECTION 5 subsection 3(l) by the striking out the words:- “edible products, beverages”

SECTION 2: Chapter 94C of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 official edition, is hereby amended by adding the following section:

Section 32O: Any person who knowingly or intentionally manufactures, distributes, dispenses, or possesses with intent to manufacture, distribute or dispense any product or additive which can be ingested as an edible form of marijuana containing active THC shall be subject to section 34 of this chapter.
