An Act relative to the use of cash assistance.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 5I(b) of Chapter 18 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in the last sentence “court.” and inserting in place thereof the following-: “court; or marijuana or marijuana products not prescribed under the law for medicinal purposes” and by striking out in section 5j “; or on cruise ships.” and inserting in place thereof the following-: “;on cruise ships; or at establishments or businesses that sell marijuana or marijuana products not prescribed under the law for medicinal purposes.”
