An Act relative to the Lancaster sewer district.

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 10A of chapter 831 of the acts of 1967 is hereby amended by striking the section in its entirety and inserting in place thereof the following:

Said board of sewer commissioners shall annually appoint a treasurer who shall not be a member of the board of sewer commissioners.  The treasurer shall perform those duties required by law to be performed by the treasurers of districts and those duties prescribed by the board of sewer commissioners.
