An Act relating to concurrent police jurisdiction on certain Massachusetts Port Authority properties in the city of Boston.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 110 of chapter 205 of the acts of 1996 is hereby amended by inserting after the words "Massachusetts port authority properties" in the first sentence, the following:
"provided, however that the state police shall have concurrent jurisdiction with the local law enforcement department over all other Massachusetts port authority properties in the city of Boston which are not exclusive to port and aviation operations".
