An Act in support of children's safety.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 37L of Chapter 71 is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:
“Each public school and open-enrollment charter school shall post in a clearly visible location in a public area of the school that is readily accessible to students a sign in English and in Spanish that contains the toll-free telephone number operated by the Department of Children and Families to receive reports of child abuse or neglect or child-at-risk.”
