An Act relative the Massachusetts military asset and security strategy task force membership.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1:  Section 216 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words “the commander of the Massachusetts air national guard or a designee;”, in line 8, as amended by section 3 of chapter 48 of the acts of 2014, the following words:- the district commander of the U. S. coast guard first district or a designee;.

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage
