An Act relative to municipal lighting plants exemption.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1.

Subsection (a) of section 47A of chapter 164 of the Massachusetts General Laws as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the word "shall" in line 2, the word "not".
