An Act relative to commercial transportation network company screening.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Subsection (d) of section 3 of Chapter 159A1/2 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the word “annually” and replacing with the following words:- 2 times per year
SECTION 2. Subsection (d) of section 3 of Chapter 159A1/2 of the General Laws is hereby further amended by striking out the word “annual” and replacing with the following word:- biannual
SECTION 3. Subsection (d) of section 4 of Chapter 159A1/2 of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the words “2 times per year” and replacing with the following word:- annually
