An Act regulating non-commercial aircraft landing in municipalities.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 39B of Chapter 90 of the General Laws is hereby amended in the fifth paragraph thereof by inserting after the word "by-laws" in the fourth sentence the following:-
"except those for non-commercial private use which are the domain of the city or town in which the site for non-commercial use is located,"
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
