An Act authorizing the town of Leyden to continue employment of police chief Daniel J. Galvis.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, Daniel J. Galvis, chief of police of the Town of Leyden, may continue to serve in that position until he reached the age of 70, or until the date of his retirement or non-reappointment, whichever occurs first.
