An Act relative to certain truck transportation practices.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 19A of Chapter 90 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the figure “eighty-five”, in line 8, the following words:- ; provided, that a truck or other motor vehicle in combination with a trailer with a total weight equal to or less than 99,000 pounds may travel on a public way with such a permit.
