An Act relative to the regulation of alcohol pricing.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 15 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:-
No holder of a license issued pursuant to this section shall sell or offer to sell any alcoholic beverages at a price less than the total net cost to the retailer, after all discounts are applied.
