An Act relative to commercial trash disposal.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 93A of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

Section 12. It shall be an unfair and deceptive trade practice for a company engaged in commercial trash disposal to charge fees not associated with an actual service or benefit provided to the consumer.
