An Act relative to potluck events.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Chapter 94 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2014 Official Edition, is hereby further amended by inserting after section 328A the following section:-

Section 328B. No community-based senior nutrition program that regularly distributes food in any form to a residential dwelling, for the care of individuals who are elderly, shall be subject to regulation by the department of public health or any local board of health regarding the preparation and distribution of such food.
