An Act requiring transparency in board of health investigations.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 111 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 32 the following section:-
Section 32A. Boards of health, health departments pursuant to section 26A, commissioners of health pursuant to 26B, and regional health districts pursuant to section 27B shall make public, after an investigation, all determinations that a complaint submitted to the board, commissioner, department or district was false or frivolous, including the name of the person who filed such complaint.
