An Act relative to firefighter details.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 148 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-
Section 61. A retired firefighter may be employed by a department to work on a fire detail. A firefighter may work on a fire detail in any city or town.
