An Act renaming Muddy pond in the city known as the town of Barnstable to be called Crocker pond.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Muddy Pond, a great pond located in the village of Marstons Mills within the city known as the town of Barnstable, shall hereby be renamed Crocker Pond, the original name of the pond.
