An Act relative to the employment contract for the Director of Public Works in the town of Upton.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
The first paragraph of section 1 of chapter 263 of the acts of 1989 is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:- The board of selectmen may enter into an employment contract with the director for a period not to exceed 3 years.
