An Act providing for the appointment of members of the Dalton Redevelopment Authority.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Pursuant to Massachusetts General Laws Chapter 121B Section 5 and Chapter 190 of the Acts of 2009 and, notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the five members of the Dalton Redevelopment Authority shall be appointed and removed upon recommendation of the Town Manager, subject to ratification by the Select Board, in the same manner as provided for under Chapter 137 of the Acts of 1995, Section 4.
