By Representative McKenna of Webster and Senator Fattman, a joint petition (subject to Joint Rule 12) of Joseph D. McKenna and Ryan C. Fattman (by vote of the town) that the commissioner of the Division of Capital Asset Management and Maintenance be authorized to release a restriction on a certain property in the town of Webster.  State Administration and Regulatory Oversight.  [Local Approval Received.]

An Act releasing a restriction on certain property in the town of Webster.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Notwithstanding chapter 158 of the acts of 2004, the division of capital asset management and maintenance shall release the restriction held by the commonwealth that property owned by the town of Webster located at 31 Ray street in Webster be used solely as a community youth facility. The property is described in a deed from the commonwealth to the town of Webster, dated January 4, 2005, and recorded with the Worcester south district registry of deeds in book 35465, page 99 .

SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
