An Act relative to Odin Lloyd.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

SECTION 1. Chapter 280 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 16 the following section:- Section 17. The death of a defendant due to suicide who is convicted of a criminal offense shall automatically forfeit any and all rights to appeal that conviction.
