An Act to amend Section 25C (1), Chapter 152 of the General Laws relative to failure to provide for payment of compensation; stop work orders; penalties; liens; actions brought by losing bidders; civil actions for violations of chapter.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 25C (1) of Chapter 152 of the General Laws, is hereby amended by inserting the following language at the end of the section:
“Fines shall accrue on business days.”
