An Act relative to chapter 7 of the acts of 2009.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 7 of the acts of 2009 is hereby amended by striking out in section 1, line 4 the words, "Joseph Leone, d/b/a The Black Cow, For".
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
