An Act validating the actions taken at a certain town meeting in the town of Berlin.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding section 7 of chapter 41 of the General Laws or any other general or special law to the contrary, acts and proceedings taken by the town of Berlin at its May 1, 2017 annual town meeting, and all actions taken pursuant thereto and in reliance thereon, are hereby ratified, validated and confirmed to the same extent as if the town had complied with all statutory meeting requirements.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
