An Act Relative to the Centerville-Osterville Marstons Mills Fire District.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Centerville-Osterville, Marstons Mills Fire District, hereinafter the district, may increase the total taxes to be certified, assessed, and levied on its behalf for fiscal year 2018 and fiscal year 2019 in an amount not to exceed the difference between the amount of taxes certified and assessed by the district for fiscal year 2017 and the amount appropriated by the district for fiscal year 2017.
SECTION 2. This act shall expire on June 30, 2019.
SECTION 3. This act shall take effect upon passage.
