An Act authorizing the Silver Lake Regional School District to convey drainage easements to the town of Kingston.
Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Notwithstanding any general or special law to the contrary, the Silver Lake Regional School District may convey, to the town of Kingston, temporary and permanent easements for the purpose constructing and maintaining drainage infrastructure to capture and treat runoff that may enter into the Jones River, such drainage infrastructure to be installed on land identified as Kingston Assessors parcel at Map 8, Lot 40.
SECTION 2. This act shall take effect upon its passage.
