An Act designating a certain bridge in the City of Chelsea as the John P. Bruttaniti Memorial Bridge.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

The Washington Avenue Bridge numbered C-09-001 located in Chelsea Massachusetts, shall be designated and known as the John P. Bruttaniti Memorial Bridge, in honor and recognition of John P. Bruttaniti, a US Army Reserve Military Police Investigator deployed to Iraq from 2003 to 2004, who served with the Chelsea Fire Department and Chelsea Police Department, who passed away on May 12th, 2016, at 41 years of age. The Massachusetts Department of Transportation shall erect and maintain a suitable marker bearing the designation in compliance with the standards of the department.
