An Act Increasing The Maximum Age To Be Eligible For Appointment As A Special Police Officer In The City Of Somerville.

 

Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
 

Section 1. Section 1 of Chapter 184 of the Acts of 2006 is hereby amended by striking out the figure "66" and inserting in place thereof the following figure:- "69".

Section 2. This Act shall take effect upon its passage.
